| Additional terms | Commissions: Commission will be paid monthly on one of two schedules landing on the 15th(Schedule A) or 30th (Schedule B) depending on confirmed acceptance date. Any affiliate application confirmed between the 1st - 15th of the month will commence payout on the 15th of the following month and every qualifying month thereafter.Any affiliate program application confirmed after the 15th will be on the Schedule B payout plan, commencing on the 30th of the starting month and on the 30th of every qualifying month thereafter. February schedule B payouts are made on the 28th or 29th of February when applicable. Gift Cards: Gift Cards are awarded quarterly in addition to base commission . Gift card award amounts are based on aggregate sales generation calculated at the end of each quarter . Quarterly purchases must =$250 to qualify for gift card incentives. Gift Card award amounts: $25-$1000(Maximum) Qualifying Sales & Gift Card amounts $250-$499=$25 Gift Card $500-$10,000= Gift Card Value of 10% of total net sales $10,001+= $1000 Gift Card (Maximum) Annual Bonus Potential: Top performing ambassadors with qualifying net sales generation of $5000+ will be granted an annual bonus = 8% of net sales in addition to base commission payouts and quarterly gift card incentives. |
